The Historic Fraternity Hall is our most recent renovation. This facility originally stood with 3 floors and a basement, but in 1961 a massive fire demolished the top floors. The existing structure remains with one floor fronting Tacoma Avenue and the Basement accessible from the Court E Alley behind the building. Our renovation will lead us to preserving the historic characteristics throughout the building, but also maintaining the flexibility to accommodate new tenants.
